Throughout 2023 we are celebrating 60 years of friendship between the United Kingdom and Mongolia. Diplomatic  relations between Mongolia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) were established on January 23, 1963. The United Kingdom was the first western nation to open an embassy in Ulaanbaatar.
